Traveling to spread Alpha Lambda Mu ~ The Colonization Program
The purpose of colonization is for a colony to familiarize itself with the values and principles of Alpha Lambda Mu while learning how to operate as a successful chapter. Rather than being initiated as a chapter quickly, going through the colonization process will allow the group to gain a better understanding of successful practices under the guidance of the National Board. Remember, the goal is to become a sustainable chapter that empowers its members into future generations.
